About The Position

Martin Logan (ML), a manufacturer of high-fidelity premium audio equipment, is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Technician for its Lawrence, Kansas, team. The position supports daily warehouse and operational activities, including material handling, return order processing, basic repairs, packaging, and inventory cycle counts. The technician will use hand tools and learn technical skills, including electrostatic panel assembly. The role is full-time and permanent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.

• Experience troubleshooting or identifying mechanical or technical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse and material handling activities.
• Process return orders and assist with product repairs.
• Package materials and products for handling and distribution.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Use hand tools to complete assigned mechanical and operational tasks.
• Learn and assist with the assembly of electrostatic panels.
• Follow established instructions, procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient daily operations.
