About The Position

You will be the Operations Technician/Training Coordinator - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for coordinating training, interpreting engine data, and leading maintenance crews. As the Operations Technician/Training Coordinator - Level 3 you will be responsible for ensuring flight‑line personnel are trained, qualified, and equipped to perform their duties while maintaining accurate engine‑run analysis.

Requirements

Computer Skills and MS Office Suite functionality.
Flight line production experience.
Avionics, electrical, &/or mechanical experience.
Experience with detailed specification/blueprint reading.
C-130 troubleshooting and rigging knowledge.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

C-130J Full Systems qualified.
Familiar with DIMS/EBOM/EDW/EMAP/SFM/QADS and other LM applications.
Prior field service experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule all training and medical appointments for flight‑line personnel.
Interpret engine run and flight debriefs, identify fault anomalies, and enter data into the troubleshooting database.
Lead a maintenance crew of 10+ represented employees, providing direction, training, and performance oversight.
Research, retrieve, and distribute blueprints and technical documents to flight‑line technicians.
Serve as flight‑line supervisor and COMSEC gear custodian, supporting customers and covering weekend shifts as required.
