About The Position

Woodward is hiring Operations Technician II to support the production lines at our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. These individuals will work the 2nd shift on Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am. This position is responsible for performing manufacturing, assembly, testing, and/or special process operations, using various hand and specialty tools and inspection / measurement equipment and will work to produce quality aerospace parts. Training would be on 1st shift M-F 5am-1:30pm for 6 months.

Requirements

Identifies gap-to-standard and resolves or escalates them per standard processes/procedures.
