This role involves leading and managing a team of operators to build quality products, drive continuous improvement, and resolve operational and technical issues. The position is responsible for managing daily work functions to ensure business goals are met, coordinating training, coaching manufacturing operators to meet performance standards and adhere to operating standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards. The role also includes ensuring employees follow company policy, maintain high quality and safety standards, and adhere to ISO 9001 & 140001 standards. The manager will oversee the production of server/rack products, supervise staff, assist in problem-solving to achieve KPIs, monitor and report on key performance indicators, conduct 5S activities, resolve technical issues, collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on process improvements, measure and improve Overall Labor Effectiveness (OLE), work with various departments to ensure optimal efficiency and eliminate downtime, maintain communication between employees and senior management, and support building operations. Additionally, the role involves reviewing employee performance, recognizing contributions, developing career growth, setting up work schedules, and supporting weekend work as needed.
