This is an entry-level position at the Fredericksburg Convention Center. Upon being hired, Operations Team Members will learn to read floorplans. Team members' responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down events as well as cleaning before, after, and during events. This position requires physical work. Some of their duties include, but are not limited to, setting chairs, lifting tables, setting staging, and setting dance floor, carpet, and electricity. Since each event has different access times, shift times may vary. This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00.
