Operations Team Member | Operations and Care Center Services
About The Position
Gateway Services is hiring an Operations Team Member at Final Gift Pet Memorial in Middleborough, Massachusetts. The role supports compassionate pet aftercare services, ensuring every pet entrusted to the care center is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. No previous industry experience is required; training is provided. This is an on-site, hands-on position in a Gateway Care Center. Team members operate cremation equipment, process and package cremated remains, create memorial products, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe and organized work area. The position also involves working with teammates to meet daily production goals and assisting with pick-ups and deliveries as needed using a company vehicle. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities
- Operate cremation equipment according to established procedures.
- Process and package cremated remains accurately and carefully.
- Create memorial products, including paw prints and keepsakes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with pick-ups and deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
