About The Position
Battle House Laser Tag Wake Forest is seeking a full-time Operations Team Member. This role involves customer interaction, team organization, event assistance, problem-solving, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. While extensive management experience is not required, dependability, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued. The position requires comfort working with a diverse range of individuals, including children, parents, teens, adults, and coworkers. Evening and weekend availability is mandatory.
