About The Position

The Team Generalist, Trust Operations role offers an opportunity to support the day-to-day administration and operational execution of the Edward Jones Trust Company, helping ensure trust accounts are serviced accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with fiduciary, regulatory, and client service expectations. The position serves as a key operational partner to our Edward Jones Trust Company.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a financial services environment required (i.e. brokerage, banking, insurance, etc.).

Responsibilities

Responsible for executing and coordinating operational activities that support trust account management, beneficiary servicing, account maintenance, record keeping, reporting, and transaction processing.
Responsible for performing multiple operations functions (i.e. processing, service, reconciliation) on a team within the department based on a comprehensive understanding of the work.
Serve as a team resource, filling whatever needs exist based on volume, staffing variations, and overall team needs.
Participate in and/or lead special projects, both inside and outside of the department, assist with the training of associates, serve as mentor/coach to less skilled associates, serve as workflow coordinator on occasion and identify as well as implement process improvements.
