The Operations Tax team is responsible for managing all aspects of Fidelity Clearing Canada’s tax operations, including reporting and compliance. This includes the production and distribution of tax slips to clients, as well as interaction with tax authorities for withholding tax remittance, reconciliations, and audits. The team maintains direct engagement with FCC clients on tax-related matters. The roles within the team are responsible for ensuring that Fidelity's brand and reputation are protected by adhering to Fidelity's compliance and risk framework. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive efficient, accurate, and client-focused processes that meet regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include contributing to documentation updates, participating in projects, and supporting other initiatives as assigned.
