Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical systems protocols
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical systems documentation and follow established SOPs.
  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or a related field.
  • Experience with Navy or Army tactical systems.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD cybersecurity and information assurance protocols within a regional context

Responsibilities

  • Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with improving computer systems and operational data processing.
  • Monitor system performance metrics, identify technical bottlenecks, and recommend architectural changes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Implement standardized systems testing procedures and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination.
  • Manages the execution of systems analysis and integration tasks for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
  • Evaluate regional systems requirements to prioritize infrastructure upgrades and ensure network reliability for high-impact mission sets.
  • Lead the coordination of Technical Teams to resolve complex software and hardware interface issues affecting theaterwide training operations.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
