About The Position

The Operations Systems Developer Analyst is an entry-level technical role on the Operations Automation team. This position involves working alongside senior developers to maintain, support, and improve a portfolio of AI-assisted applications, automation workflows, and operational integrations. Daily tasks include triaging bug reports, implementing small enhancements, learning code review processes under guidance, and becoming familiar with production systems and standards. The role is designed for individuals early in their technical careers who are eager to grow, emphasizing curiosity, dependability, and a willingness to learn system maintenance. Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and a genuine interest in automation are prioritized over extensive prior experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-2 years experience
  • Exposure to at least one AI-assisted development tool: Cursor, Lovable, and/or Windsurf
  • Familiarity with a managed database or backend platform: Supabase or similar
  • Basic experience with GitHub: committing code, branching, and opening pull requests
  • Some understanding of how APIs and webhooks work, even if not deeply practiced
  • Genuine curiosity about automation, AI tooling, and how operational workflows can be improved
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Equivalent practical experience — including personal projects, open source contributions, bootcamp work, or internships — will be considered in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
  • Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools
  • Exposure to AWS or another cloud platform
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or working with LLM-generated code
  • Real estate, transaction, or operations context is a plus but not required
  • HubSpot or SkySlope experience
  • Familiarity with AI agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, or native n8n AI nodes)
  • Eagerness to learn code review practices and an eye for catching obvious bugs or gaps
  • Disciplined approach to testing: verifies that changes work as expected before handing off
  • Basic data security awareness: understands why sensitive data requires care and follows team guidance
  • Strong written communication: documents work clearly, asks good questions, and keeps stakeholders informed
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing own time with appropriate check-ins
  • Able to move forward with ambiguous requirements by identifying and resolving unknowns early
  • Growth mindset: receives feedback well and applies it consistently
