About The Position

Back Office Support plays a key role in supporting the coordination of production, supply chain, inventory management, and customer experience to ensure efficient operations and high-quality product delivery. This role also involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication and timely order fulfillment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Equivalent work experience in an operation, administrative, or support role may be considered in place of formal education

Responsibilities

  • Handle and process special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and orders are fulfilled correctly.
  • Assist with inventory audits, ensuring stock is tracked and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Provide administrative assistance to sales staff, including order processing, data entry, and general office support.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to inventory and sales.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient order processing to contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with resolving operational issues impacting the customer experience, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations, including supporting cross-departmental coordination.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
