The Operations Support role is responsible for assisting the manager with daily planning and monitoring the overall operations of delivery and return orders. This role involves close collaboration with warehouse staff, providing direction for pulling returns from warehouse locations, and coordinating all return shipments on a daily basis. The position requires reviewing daily return reports and POD on dock reports, organizing the return area for efficient shipment identification, and prioritizing shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity. Additionally, the Operations Support will coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations, liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels, and assist with customer service issues as they arise. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
