About The Position

As a member of the Operations Support & Strategy team, the Operations Support & Strategy Coordinator is responsible for project support, communication, and other administrative duties as needed. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with all members of the Operations Support & Strategy team, organizing project schedules, training timelines, and serving as a liaison between various departments. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, participant-centric environment. The Operations Support & Strategy Coordinator collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture, and mission. This role is different because Operations Support & Strategy Coordinator at WelbeHealth: It combines project support and operational coordination in a mission-driven healthcare environment, giving exposure cross-functional initiatives that directly impact the employee and participant experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a project-based environment.
  • Proven work experience as administrative support and/or project coordination for a complex function.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and SharePoint, required
  • Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends and overtime.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple projects simultaneously by preparing project plans, tracking resource allocation, monitoring task progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain clear communication on the project status throughout the project life cycle.
  • Exercises flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
  • Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings.
  • Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
