About The Position

This role involves learning and utilizing multiple software programs, working effectively as a team player, and demonstrating professional customer service and phone skills. The specialist will process various reports, occasionally act as a liaison with customers, and troubleshoot/resolve any necessary issues. The position requires staying on task and focused, with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Be flexible, able to swap between tasks and able to cover as needed (shifts or projects)
  • Work overtime as required
  • Able to sit/stand 8-10 hours
  • Able to lift 25-50lbs as needed
  • Able to bench/reach frequently as needed
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Excellent computer skills and accuracy
  • Adaptability to different personalities
  • Respond timely to emails
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain filing and paperwork as required
  • Follow all safety requirements
