About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Montana. This position will serve as a strategic partner to VPs in property management, acting as a liaison between property staff, Regionals, VPs, and department staff to simplify collaboration and connections within the company. The role ensures that the operations of properties in the assigned area comply with Seldin Company standards and property-specific goals. The Operations Support Specialist will utilize management and leadership skills to train, motivate, and empower associates to achieve their goals and the goals of the properties. Assignments will be given by the VP of Property Management. Travel requirements will vary based on the portfolio's location or changes to the portfolio.

Requirements

Montana Property Management License or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
Experience with LIHTC and HUD.
Ability to travel to designated portfolio up to 80% of the time.
Five or more years of related experience in property management.
An associate degree or equivalent experience.
Self-motivated and self-directed to work with or without supervision.
Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hiring.
