We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Support Specialist to support the Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of administrative, facilities, and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in an administrative, facilities, or office operations role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Operations team with administrative and operational tasks
Submit requests for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas of the facility are well maintained
Organize and maintain supplies in kitchen areas, supply closets, and other storage spaces
Keep an accurate inventory log of all supplies, tracking usage and identifying needs for reordering
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that tasks are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner
Assist in coordinating office moves, setups, and space planning
Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping and documentation
Serve as a liaison between operations, vendors, and internal departments
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and errands as required
