About The Position
TEKsystems is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support a local healthcare organization in Honolulu. This is a fully onsite opportunity in Honolulu with free parking provided.
Requirements
- Customer service, call center, administrative, or healthcare experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and experience working with records or case management systems
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process and track member requests and case information
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Review and organize case-related documents
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely case processing
