The Operations and Support Representative is responsible for supporting Patient Financial Services in daily operations, reporting, Explanation of Benefits review, and special projects. This position will also perform all job-related duties as assigned. This position will be based at the Centralized Business Office and work onsite Monday through Friday in San Marcos, CA. This is a 100% onsite position. Copying Faxing Printing Uploading EOB Review Process incoming and outgoing correspondence Special projects Update patient address in client system Posting correspondence in client system Outgoing Mail Processes
