About The Position

This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient office environment. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, coordinating office supplies, supporting meetings and events, and assisting multiple teams with administrative needs. The Receptionist & Office Support is an essential contributor to smooth office operations and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of office support or administrative experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
