We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and analytical Operations Support Specialist to help support company-wide operational initiatives. Strengthen Consistency. As our Operations Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Regional Director of Operations and the broader Operations Team to ensure initiatives are implemented, tracked, and followed through across our branch footprint. You’ll help turn strategy into execution. Here’s What Success Looks Like: Driving operational follow-through: Assist with implementation and tracking of company-wide operational initiatives and process improvements. Supporting data-driven decisions: Collect, organize, and maintain operational data including inventory accuracy, freight metrics, productivity, and workflow performance. Reporting & dashboards: Prepare operational summaries, reports, and KPI dashboards for leadership review. Monitoring key metrics: Track assigned KPIs and assist with branch follow-up to ensure accountability and consistency. Improving processes: Help document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify workflow inefficiencies. Project coordination: Track timelines, action items, and deliverables related to operational projects. Supporting transitions: Assist with branch openings, consolidations, or operational transitions as needed. Collaborating across teams: Work closely with Corporate Operations & Logistics, Area Operations, Field Operations, and Branch Managers to ensure alignment. Occasional travel: Participate in periodic branch visits to observe workflow, support operational assessments, and assist with implementation efforts.
