Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Project scheduling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to clearly communicate issues and updates between teams and leadership
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- Secret clearance
- Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic IPT processes or similar DoD program environments
- Experience supporting task management, knowledge management, or operations coordination functions
- Experience coordinating meetings and program scheduling
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain Project level task trackers, deliverables, and communications
- Coordinate meetings and visits, including external partners, senior leadership, sponsors, or others as directed by the Project Lead
- Lead and directed personnel within the project
- Take meeting notes as to assist in the management and analysis for multiple schedules inside a large project
- Assist Project Lead with Knowledge Management tasks, such as project scheduling
- Support the Project Lead by demonstrating eagerness to learn about project programs
