Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or engineering experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • Supply chain experience
  • Production Control concepts, including WIP management LOB and TAKT
  • Experience with lean manufacturing tools and concepts
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Aerospace Defense experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain product-specific recovery plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve constraints impacting delivery.
  • Assess production readiness, capacity, and risk, and converting findings into actionable activities.
  • Daily monitor progress against recovery commitments, including escalation of risks and critical issues.
  • Consolidate operational data into Buyer-standard recovery decks, Line of Balance trackers, and WIP trackers.
  • Utilization of Buyer-standard ERP tools (e.g., SAP), tracking systems, and reporting tools to complete required Services.
  • Drive detailed actions, collaborating with the customer sites to recover delivery schedules for the programs
  • Periodic interface is required with both internal and external customers’ location, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and follow-ups with the supply chain and value stream leaders
