About The Position

As a Operations Support Specialist at Gainwell, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and alignment with business needs. This role also drives reporting, analysis, and performance tracking. Your role in our mission The Operations Support Specialist has responsibility for supporting the production of alternate format beneficiary correspondence.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

Knowledge of CRM – system navigation and usage

Responsibilities

Manual validation and transmit of print jobs using designated file transfer methods and systems to internal and external print vendors. Ensures all jobs are completed according to established deadlines.
Vendor interface for any issues with jobs sent over for processing and completion.
Manual tracking of all daily jobs and volumes, including letter type.
Ensure Operating Procedure Manuals are updated as required.
Be a knowledgeable bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impacts.
Identify and escalate file, data, or production issues that may impact quality or delivery.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution and solution implementation activities.
