About The Position

Hyperlux Logistics is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in over-the-road transportation solutions. We combine innovative technology with a people-first culture to deliver exceptional service, fostering strong partnerships between our team, customers, and carrier network to ensure reliable and efficient freight transportation. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Representative to join our team during the 2nd or 3rd shift, $16/hr. 40 hour work week. The Operations Support Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of our logistics services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to providing outstanding operational support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; logistics or transportation software experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation and shipment activities to ensure on-time service and meet customer requirements.
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues proactively.
Provide administrative and operational support to logistics and operations teams, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
