Job Purpose and Summary: Responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient files of purchase orders, vendors and current product offering. Responsible for procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in an assistant management, distribution, warehouse or related work environment.
  • 1+ years working knowledge with computers, including knowledge of basic Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).

Responsibilities

  • Performs and oversees all necessary activity related to the tracking and maintenance of the the company’s medical device fleet.
  • Responsible for accurate real time tracking, inventory control, and overall management of infusion and/or enteral pumps by using the company’s reporting and the asset device vendor application.
  • Ensures proper storage, shipping, and maintenance schedules are followed
  • Tracks and maintains accurate paper records related to pump tracking and disposition, and stores those documents in the company’s operating system
  • Performs cycle counts as defined by leaders
  • Collaborates with pharmacy, sales, or operational colleagues to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Organizes the return of devices that are due for scheduled preventative maintenance.
  • Communicates with patients or caregivers when needed to coordinate the return or exchange of equipment.
  • Participates in any other activity that supports the operational workflow for managing infusion or enteral devices. Up to but not exclusive to: Quality Improvement activities, Coordinating and planning with other departments on the introduction of new equipment, Following the proper reporting for device failures
