About The Position

Provides senior-level oversight and coordination for complex mission support requirements across high-priority operations. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end support processes, directing logistical and administrative activities, advising leadership on support posture, and integrating support efforts across multiple functional areas. Additional duties include contributing to operational planning, ensuring readiness of personnel and resources, leading coordination forums, and fostering strong relationships with SOF components, IC partners, and other government organizations. The Tier III role enhances mission success by ensuring that operational elements receive responsive, reliable, and fully coordinated support that aligns with strategic objectives and operational demands.

Requirements

  • 10+ years senior operations management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise operations in SOF/IC/OSD environments.
  • Strong ability to brief and advise senior mission leaders.
  • Expertise developing organizational processes and operational governance.
  • Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational governance, enterprise workflow management, and synchronization.
  • Advise leadership on operational readiness, resource needs, and risk posture.
  • Develop and oversee SOPs, business processes, and performance frameworks.
  • Drive enterprise task management and operational integration efforts.
  • Mentor junior support staff and lead process optimization initiatives.
