This is a technical position supporting sales and operations for projects involving engineered Drilling Technology Division (DTD) solutions. The role utilizes available technologies and coordinates all available resources domestically and internationally for the western hemisphere. Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years of industry related experience.
  • Foundation in land and offshore well construction operations.
  • Must be proficient in computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understands and adheres to all Foreign Corrupt Practices Act regulations.
  • Ability to work in an office, shop, or rig location.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer facing experience via sales presentations, incident reviews, design reviews, etc. desired.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes safety, service quality & environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Provide technical support to sales and operations across Advance product line.
  • Work with current and prospective sales representatives and customers to establish needs, specifications, and possible product modifications for future sales.
  • Review customer requirements, specifications and make recommendations for technical and commercial proposals.
  • Advise sales personnel, customers, and potential customers on the technical issues that affect the application of related services and products.
  • Upon receipt of purchase order, prepare documentation for and participate in meetings concerning turnover of a proposal to a project.
  • Informs customers of technological improvements and of the advantages to the customer of using the company’s products.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manages customer complaints and issues.
  • Manages quality problems that arise in the field in a fair and equitable manner to both the customer and the company.
  • Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures, and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimized.
  • Provide leadership in all ethical issues; ensure employees are aware of Expro’s compliance requirements and feel able to report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
  • Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes & systems.
  • Take an active part in quality improvement processes.
  • Act on reported deficiencies and approve deviations from standard procedures as appropriate.
  • All other related duties assigned by the supervisor / managers.
