What You’ll Do: As an Operations Support Clerk, you will provide clerical and administrative support to our airport operations team, playing a key role in both employee support and daily operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include a mix of human resources, reporting, and operational support activities, such as: • Maintaining personnel files and other confidential employee information • Supporting new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring all Day 1 training is completed • Coordinating training, distributing policies, and ordering uniforms • Reviewing payroll information and assisting with payroll-related tasks • Compiling reports, tracking inventory, and completing weekly operational reporting • Responding to customer surveys and supporting customer feedback initiatives • Processing invoices, ordering supplies, and managing vendor accounts • Assisting with Lost and Found procedures • Communicating and partnering with internal teams, local leadership, and external partners • Supporting special projects and serving as a key contributor to operational initiatives and teams

Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (especially Excel)
  • Minimum three years of office or clerical experience; payroll processing experience is a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Willingness to work outdoors on occasion
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends
  • Must be able to continuously sit, type, talk, hear/listen, move throughout the location, and drive a variety of vehicles as needed
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
