About The Position

We are looking for an Operations Support Assistant to support our engineered brands. This role will work out of our Ashland, OH location. Our engineered brands provide leading control, automation, and monitoring solutions for the municipal, water, wastewater, irrigation, industrial, and OEM markets. Together, these brands offer a broad range of solutions, including pump control panels, engineered electrical control panels, web-hosted SCADA systems, liquid level control products, alarms, floats, accessories, and highly complex system integration projects.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional internal teams
  • Experience working with ERP systems or similar business software
  • Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and support process improvements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • A proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to work independently and provide support where needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in operations support, engineering support, production, scheduling, inventory, customer service, or administrative coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Track production releases, shipments, cancellations, projects, and key operational metrics.
  • Ensure information within the ERP system remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support customer communication related to project status, expediting, documentation, and scheduling needs.
  • Assist with engineering documentation, including O&M and as-built packages, project tracking, cutsheet maintenance, and project closeout.
  • Provide scheduling support during peak periods.
  • Serve as a backup to the Master Scheduler.
  • Help communicate schedule or delivery changes to customers.
  • Support continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
  • Assist with production, inventory, material coordination, and other cross-functional needs as required.
