About The Position

Help lead the systems that keep Protocase running at world-class speed and quality while continuously improving how we operate. As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll work across production, logistics, and quality teams to improve systems, develop people, and ensure our operations scale as we grow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of operations management or leadership experience in logistics, manufacturing, quality, or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams aligned toward common goals.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support operational teams across production, logistics, and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze operational performance and implement improvements that drive better outcomes for customers and teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and leadership to solve operational challenges.
  • Lead, coach, and support team members to help them grow and succeed.
  • Ensure operations are aligned with Protocase’s standards for speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and use data to guide decision-making and improvements.
  • Help develop scalable processes that allow Protocase to continue growing while maintaining our industry-leading turnaround times.
