We are seeking a successful Operations Supervisor to join our team to assist our organization in providing a successful work environment where our employees can be safe, thrive and give their personal best each day. This position is expected to work out of our office at 3458 Enterprise Ave. in Hayward and some job-related travel may be . GreenWaste is seeking to fill the position of Operations Supervisor to provide support to one or more facilities. Through the guidance and direction of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operation of the facility and the team.

Requirements

Two (2) or more years of supervision in production manufacturing or a related field.
Bilingual in Spanish
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
Ability to work well with other employees in a team environment and communicate to ensure safety.
Project Management.
Must be able to learn specific company software used and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle conflict and engage in problem resolution.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise a team of five to ten employees.
Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks for the team.
Troubleshoot and maintain the anaerobic digestion and support systems in an operable manner.
Complete daily, weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly site inspections.
Evaluate workflow and monitor the control system to ensure operational efficiency.
Organize and distribute training and educational material for the team.
Review safety requirements with the team and enforce safety policies.
Monitor and oversee special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
