About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates daily warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving customer products, in alignment with company objectives. Requirements

Experience in warehouse supervision or equivalent experience.
Broad knowledge of warehouse operations.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Ability to interpret technical documents.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office operations.
College degree, or a high school diploma and 1–3 years of experience in warehouse management.
Possess or be able to become forklift certified.
Valid driver’s license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate unloading inbound shipments, stacking product, and picking and staging outbound shipments to achieve high productivity.
Ensure efficient and safe operation of materials-handling equipment.
Assist in establishing work schedules.
Ensure work schedules are implemented and job duties are assigned effectively.
Maintain the product locator and ensure optimal use of warehouse space.
Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
Maintain a clean work area through effective housekeeping.
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
Direct work teams to achieve objectives.
Complete necessary records and reports accurately and on time.
Protect inventory integrity and assist with physical inventories.
Maintain the assigned area to Sunland Logistics Solutions and customer sanitation standards.
Train employees and plan, assign, and direct the work of forklift drivers, team leaders, and other warehouse personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
