About The Position

The Operations Supervisor, Community Corrections provides administrative and supervisory services associated with facility security operations. The role supervises monitoring staff and ensures adequate staffing at the facility at all times. It coordinates and reviews security services to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations. The supervisor maintains resident accountability and provides comprehensive supervision to monitoring staff. The role is also responsible for compliance with standards established by the American Correctional Association and other licensing, certifying, or accrediting agencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a security- or corrections-related field.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business management principles, laws, legal codes, and government regulations applicable to the residential, re-entry, or corrections industries.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software applications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
