About The Position

Join the Pratt & Whitney West Palm Beach Engine Center MRO team as an Operations Supervisor (M3), leading a team of hourly CBA mechanics and inspectors and FAA safety-sensitive employees through critical operational phases, including Module assembly, Engine assembly, and in-process inspection of GTF engines and test operations. This visible leadership role offers a unique opportunity to develop senior-level operations skills while driving EH&S, customer satisfaction, quality, and financial performance. You'll devise and execute operational strategies, optimize resources, and champion continuous improvement, all while fostering clear communication across teams. Requirements

Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in Military, Manufacturing, Business Operations Management, Engineering, Aerospace or Aftermarket industry; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience; OR associate’s degree and 7+ years of relevant industry experience; OR High School diploma or Military / Technical Training and 9+ years of relevant industry experience
2+ years of personnel management experience, ideally within a bargaining unit / union workforce environment.

Nice To Haves

Degree in STEM field; Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate (A&P license)
Personnel management experience, ideally within a bargaining unit / union workforce environment.
Proven ability to lead mentoring, coaching, developing talent and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
Demonstrated experience in P&L management, with a track record of delivering financial performance.
Aftermarket Aerospace and Overhaul and Repair (MRO) industry experience.
Working knowledge of Pratt & Whitney shop practices, quality standards, processes and procedures
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/SixSigma, QCPC and RCCA).
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, SAP ERP, and Solumina MES.
Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels of management, shop personnel and customers.
