Requirements

Customer service expertise
Current & Valid CA BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit
Up-to-date BSIS Certifications
+ 8-Hour Initial Guard Card Course Certificate
+ 32-Hours of Continuing Education
Proven leadership skills, with a commitment to leading by example
Outstanding communication and observation abilities
Ability to effectively utilize mobile technology on the go
Clean driving record and valid Drivers License
Previous experience on overnight shifts is essential.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of two years in a Lead or Supervisor role in Security
