About The Position
As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a frontline team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations within our distribution center. You’ll coach employees, drive performance, and support day-to-day operations that help deliver critical healthcare products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 3+ years in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management of employees
- Monitor operations, resolve issues, and adjust priorities in real time
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support site performance and continuous improvement
