About The Position

This role is located onsite in the plant and will lead a Powersports production line while also supervising a specialized E-Commerce team. The Production Line Supervisor reports to the Area Manager and is part of the Manufacturing Operations business unit.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or related field OR minimum of 3 years leadership experience in production
Commitment to safety, quality, and production aligned with Clarios policies
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Supervise production teams for Powersports (boosting, decorating, packaging Motorcycle and Auxiliary batteries) and E-Commerce (packaging and shipping Motorcycle and AGM batteries)
Plan and facilitate shipments for E-Commerce, ensuring completion within 24 hours
Coordinate with PC/CS to schedule and track daily production targets for Powersports
Collaborate with Logistics to manage inbound/outbound product flow and interchange talent across departments
Resolve personnel issues through data analysis, investigation, and coaching while maintaining employee relations
Maintain safe work environment by training personnel, enforcing compliance, and ensuring proper equipment operation
