About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for executing key performance indicators (KPIs) according to company standards, including "The Morning Routine" and operational aspects of "The Director's Playbook." This role coordinates daily and weekly activities, plans workloads and staffing, and is accountable for the production, supervision, and discipline of employees, as well as conflict resolution. The supervisor will monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards, enforce policy and procedure compliance, and coordinate with other departments. They will also respond to and solve production problems, train employees on job-specific duties, develop employees through coaching, and make suggestions for process improvements. Effective communication with clients, vendors, and employees is essential, and the Operations Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager with planning and budget processes. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED Required
  • Four years industry experience required
  • Two years supervisory required
  • Punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
  • Ability to pass an E-Verify Check.

  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
