Seasonal PT Operations Supervisor
About The Position
The Operations Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; manages department resources; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment and continual improvement; and supports employee development through orientation, training, evaluation, and coaching. The role ensures employees follow safety policies and procedures and that operations comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.

- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Implement employee personal development plans as required.
- Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
