About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring the administrative and service-related functions that support clinical staff. This role ensures operational efficiency, accountability, and compliance across clinical services by supervising workflows, tracking required documentation, and monitoring completion of administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, clinical operations, public health, social work, counseling or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year in a healthcare, behavioral health, outpatient, hospital, or clinic environment.
  • Experience leading staff, coordinating schedules, training employees, or overseeing daily workflows.
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, reporting dashboards, and basic data tracking.
  • Demonstrated administrative, supervisory, and organizational skills
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and analytically and to problem solve creatively

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching and support to clinical staff regarding administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring staff adhere to organizational expectations and procedures.
  • Monitor and coach staff compliance with administrative requirements, including productivity standards, documentation timeliness, caseload management, scheduling expectations, and other organizational responsibilities. This includes reviewing and auditing documentation, caseloads, calendars, and related operational activities to ensure adherence to organizational expectations.
  • Collaborate with Director of Clinical Quality Improvement to address quality concerns, including creating, and implementing corrective action plans and performance improvement strategies.
  • Partner with Clinical Supervisors in the completion of annual performance evaluations for clinical staff
  • Analyze, monitor and provide oversight of clinical operations data and reports generated by the Data Analyst
  • Develop, maintain and update organizational policies, procedures and compliance-related documentation to align with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Model and uphold Josselyn’s values, ethical standards, and policies ensuring adherence to confidentiality, client rights, safety, incident report and other organizational responsibilities.
