2nd Shift Operations Supervisor - Pallet Manufacturing
About The Position
As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow! This is a 2nd shift role for which the selected candidate will work Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12:30am. 48forty Solutions is the largest pallet management services company in North America! We provide end-to-end pallet solutions, from supply to retrieval, on-site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. We are truly Pallet Management Made Simple, our workforce is the heart and soul of our business, and we’re looking for our next Operations Supervisor to join our team!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis
Responsibilities
- Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site
- Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties
- Lead production and provide customer support when necessary
- Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times
