We’re looking for a trading card an Operations Supervisor to join our team to manage staff and ensure all team members are properly trained and working at the highest capacity. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the team works with efficiency and that departmental goals are regularly met. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive industry knowledge of trading cards (sports and TCG), be an expert in PSA’s authentication and grading standards, and will be able to add experience and depth to our authentication team through both their expertise in the content but also their training and leadership skills. You'll report to the Manager, eBay and work from our Santa Ana, CA office. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm. Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
