About The Position

TCI is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily dispatch operations, ensure efficient and timely route execution, and drive customer satisfaction. This role involves recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing professional drivers, ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Hours of Service regulations, and partnering with the Maintenance department to maximize fleet uptime. The Operations Supervisor will utilize various transportation technologies and continuously improve safety, productivity, and operational performance. Requirements

Transportation, logistics, or fleet leadership experience
Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HOS regulations
Dispatch and scheduling experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
A commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

Lead daily dispatch operations and ensure routes are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Recruit, hire, coach, and develop professional drivers.
Drive customer satisfaction while achieving operational KPIs.
Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and Hours of Service compliance.
Partner with Maintenance to maximize fleet uptime.
Utilize Samsara, McLeod, Microsoft 365, Tenstreet, and transportation technology.
Continuously improve safety, productivity, and operational performance.
