About The Position

This position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Operations Supervisor establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment and continual improvement. It also supports employees’ professional growth through orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
