Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management within administrative support or waste management industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dispatching processes.
- Strong knowledge of safety training protocols and conducting safety audits.
- Ability to respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Certification in operations management or related fields.
- Experience with PKMS software or similar performance and knowledge management systems.
- Background in environmental health and safety compliance.
- Previous experience in waste management or remediation services.
- Advanced leadership training or supervisory certifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations including dispatching, route activities, routing and employee workflows to meet organizational goals.
- Manage and develop team members by providing training, performance evaluations, and coaching to ensure high levels of employee performance and engagement.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions and safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead emergency response initiatives, ensuring preparedness and effective action during incidents to minimize risk and maintain operational continuity.
