About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor, you will work directly with the Operations Manager to develop and learn the skills required for a multi-functioning dynamic role, focusing on ensuring peak performance for customer's homes electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Gas Fitter
Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Clear criminal record
Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time
Excellent written skills
Extracurricular activities involving leadership responsibilities
PC literacy

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct and supervisor installation and service teams
Respond to technical questions
Conduct technician ride alongs
Quality Control
Assist in Health and Safety Training
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Train new employees
Assist with installs or service work during high demand periods
