Under the general direction of the Pit Manager and/or the Casino Shift Manager, this position is responsible for the supervision of Slots or Tables depending on daily work assignment. In Tables, the Supervisor is responsible for supervision and security of multiple table games and Dealers; in Slots, the Supervisor is responsible for supervision of Slot Attendants and Promotions Booth activities. Both supervisory positions require ensuring internal controls, government regulations and department policies and procedures are followed at all times. Must be collaborative, excel at multi-tasking and display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
