About The Position

This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds employees accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Operations Supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; supports employee development through orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching; and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement. Employees must comply with applicable department, station, corporate, and local government requirements and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
