Primarily serves the South Texas area, with travel to other ACA offices or client sites as needed. Tracks all local ACA assignments to ensure timely updates and accurate representation. Maintains regular communication with ACA field staff to support required client updates. Conducts audits and inspection assignments in accordance with API, client, and ACA standards. Dispatches inspection staff and reviews, corrects, and approves local field reports for client distribution. Manages all local retained samples and coordinates with the Pasadena ACA office for disposal of outdated samples, including personally facilitating pick-up when needed. Updates safety, training, and equipment verification logs as required. Maintains ongoing contact with local facility operations and loss control personnel. Oversees maintenance of all local equipment, including condition and calibration records. Performs additional duties as assigned by ACA management.
